Kim Zolciak’s overworked and abused assistant Sweetie Hughes was fired earlier this year according to news that were leaked by Kim’s teenage daughter little Kim I mean Brielle in her Formspring account.

It’s really very strange the real reason she booted Sweetie to the curb because according to her daughter Brielle Sweetie technically raised the girls and has been living with them for 11 years!
I find the interaction between Kim and Sweetie was odd and disturbing sometimes, funny in a sick satire sort of way at other times. Nevertheless Kim treated Sweetie like her little pet, sidekick/servant, yes ma’am, Nanny, paid-best-friend, therapist and more all rolled into one. And even though she acted like a bitch to Sweetie you can see these two bitches had some twisted strong bond going on.
Sweetie was also rumored to be gay. So I wonder if Kim and Sweetie had some gay shit going on too that’s why she would let Kim walk all over her. But still Kim’s insistence she didn’t see color and therefore that made it OK to act like a total bitch to Sweetie was the stupidest most ignorant thing I’ve heard. Regardless of IF Sweetie was black or Lilly white with a Swedish accent, Kim’s treatment of Sweetie I believe was NOT because Kim is racist, but more because she is an idiot who got off on bossing someone around and because she loves being a brat and playing it for the cameras, NOT thinking of how disturbing the interaction came off specially since Sweetie is black and they live in the South that made it the more disturbing! And Kim is either too stupid or dumb to realize how offensive that came off. I’M NOT BLACK AND I KNOW THAT!
So what theories are out there that people are speculating regarding the Kim/Sweetie fall out? What could make their decade long relationship come to a sudden end? Did Sweetie steal something? Did Sweetie leaked photos or details to the press about Kim? Did Sweetie suddenly decided she had enough of Kim’s antics and decided to finally punch her in the mouth? Did Kroy fire her? Or did Sweetie and Kroy messed around behind Kim’s back or did Kim get nervous of having another young attractive female in the house and felt she was a threat to her relationship with Kroy OOOORRRR did some threesome situation with Sweetie, Kim and Kroy go wrong? Think about that for a second?
Why when Kimster was with Big Poppa who obviously was a blatant racist to be sitting there calling Sweetie “that black bitch” like Sheree and NeNe witnessed why would Kim hold on to Sweetie during that time? And not fire her? If Kim was mean to Sweetie when Big Pooper was calling that girl racist names and being a dick she didn’t fire her because she felt that Big Pooper wasn’t going to be sniffing around Sweetie anytime soon because he wasn’t liking on her because she is black, but if you look at Kroy’s interaction with Sweetie is different Kroy is a likable guy and I admit he is cute in a meat-head type of way and has an easy going way about him he didn’t act like a disrespectful dick to Sweetie (so far from what I can see.) When Kim and the girls where laying in the bed talking to him on the phone Sweetie stated that Kroy would open the jars take out the thrash and all that man stuff. When Kroy was helping the movers load the trucks and Kim was checking out his hot ass Sweetie was drooling too, she may be gay but I can tell she thought that white boy was yummy, so I bet Kim felt threatened and started shit with Sweetie and eventually fired her. I could be wrong I don’t know what to think. What do you guys think?

Frankly, I doubt we’ll ever know the true side of the story. I’m sure Sweetie had to have signed a non-disclosure contract with herself when she became ‘famous.’
And I’m certain in their own way, each one misses some part of the other. You cannot walk away from such a long relationship without some remaining heartfelt feelings.

So here’s my one card flip (using the Morgan-Greer Tarot): ‘King of Cups’, not reversed . . . Which to me, means Kroy. So he’s probably the reason. . . I have a feeling that Sweetie and Kroy got along a little bit too well for Kim’s taste–that is, Sweetie knows where all of Kims skeletons are in her closet and could have let Kroy in on a LOT of eyebrow raising shit. . . Kim wanted to cut that bitch off asap so she alone could retain control over Kroy’s perception of who she pretends to be!

It was obvious in this previous episode that Kim ws going to be getting rid of Sweetie. If everybody would be honest, Sweetie was fired because Kroy did not want this black woman raising his child. If you would look at the previous episode, when Kim told Kroy she fired Sweetie, his response was “good”. Why would he say something like that. it’s never “good” for anyone to get fired. This is the real reason she was fired!
I agree with Genine. Troy didn’t want Sweetie around. Maybe he was starting to get excited watching Sweetie move around the house with all that junk in her trunk. Whatever the reason, he no longer wanted her around.
